The Deputy Governor
Dr. Eric Kelechi Igwe, the Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, hails from Ndufu Alike in Ikwo Council.
A lawyer by training, he has served in various capacities as Personal and Special Adviser to public servants and political leaders, including Ambassador Lawrence Nwauruku and Chief Sam Egwu, former Minister of Education.
He has also served as a board member of the University of Jos, bringing experience in public service, law, education and institutional leadership to the executive team of Ebonyi State.
